After graduating with a BA from the University of Southern California, Wendy spent 2 years living and studying abroad. During her travels she gained the love of diverse architecture and historic design. Upon her return she worked both as the Director of Marketing and Director of Event Planning for TBS Media. She then moved to radio station Star 98.7 in Los Angeles. She used her ability to negotiate and think creatively to become a top-producer while further developing her client servicing skills.

She started renovating houses 14 years ago while working in radio. She realized that her true love was in real estate and decided to leave her job to pursue her passion full-time. She has been successful real estate investor for the last 6years and hasn’t looked back since. She enjoyed the process of selling a home so much that she decided to use her talents to help her clients sell their homes.

One of the most exciting parts of the process for her is the staging of the house and she thinks it can be a vital aspect of selling a home. She learned to be creative on a budget and make some of the most inviting spaces. With an ever changing economy she began to take on clients and the “re-design” of their homes. She specializes in using the core of what the client already has and re-working furniture placement and bringing in new pieces to update the space. This is a less invasive, less expensive way to stage a home for sale.

Through all these experiences she gained a tremendous amount of knowledge about all aspects of residential home construction (architecture, detailing, flooring, kitchen appliances, fixtures, etc.); knowledge that can be valuable in the analysis of homes you may be looking at for purchase or in how to best ready your current home for sale.
